The DropSet Explained: Dropping wieght after a set and continuing to failure for 3 consequtive sets will force your deeper muscle fibers to work. By breaking down those deeper muscle fibers you have caused growth that normally wouldnt happen.
How To Do It:You perform a set of any exercise with a heavy weight where you can only do 6-8 reps and then drop some weight (5-10kg) and perform 8 reps and then once more drop some weigth and perform 15 reps. Do this only with your first set.
After your DropSet you perfrom 2 or 3 regular sets of 8 reps afterwards for maximum pump.
